Therapy Services

Therapy sessions are billed according to the type and length of appointment. We will review fees prior to scheduling to ensure you understand your financial responsibility.

If we participate with your insurance plan, we will verify benefits before your first appointment. Co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance are the responsibility of the client.

Psychological & Neuropsychological Evaluations

Evaluation services vary in scope and complexity. Fees are determined based on:

Type of evaluation
Number of testing hours required
Report preparation time
Diagnostic complexity

Because evaluations are comprehensive and time-intensive, we provide a clear cost estimate before services begin.
Some insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for testing. We will discuss your specific benefits during intake.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement.

Upon request, we provide detailed billing statements (superbills) that can be submitted to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.

We are actively expanding our insurance network to improve access to care.

Insurance participation and coverage may vary by provider, service, and individual health plan. Some psychological testing and behavioral health services may require prior authorization or may not be covered by every plan.

Patients are encouraged to contact our office so we can assist with verifying insurance benefits and determining available options before services begin.

Self-pay options are also available for certain services.
